I looked up the drug interractions of both Advil (Ibuprofen) and Imitrex (Sumatriptan); neither of them listed the other as having any type of adverse reaction when taken together. So I take that to mean it is safe to use them together. But there are other drugs listed that should never be taken while taking either of these drugs, so please always check before taking another medication with any you are currently on.
