It’s not dodging anything. I’m arguing via analogy. Wilhelmrheiner’s point is non-sequitur. Some of our Friends will always use the terms ‘Tito’ and ‘Croat’ together, inseparably. So ‘evil communist dictator’ and ‘murderer’ is always associated with the Croats by analogy, as to say that Communism and murder is manifest and representative of the Croats, thus negating our contribution to the cause and painting us in a negative light. The reality as I have already alluded to is that Tito being a Communist, never considered himself expressly a ‘Croat’, and for him nationality, and ethnicity played no significant part in his political, and economic decision making. What we see here is an attempt by some to somehow show otherwise: that the devoted Communist was somehow a crypto-Croat nationalist who made a whole plethora of decisions which secretly favoured the Croats in the former Yugoslavia against the other ethnic groups, which of course is not the case.
