Care guide for land hermit crabs!?

Congratulations on getting one, they can live really long. They sell sponges (like little chunks of orange/yellow sponge) that you get damp with water- that’s how they drink. DO NOT fill a bowl with water- but you can put the sponge on a little dish like thing. Also, Feed them hermit with hermit crab food (dry from pet store works great). And have at least one extra shell- or a few of different sizes. The pet store should have those. That way you crab can “change houses” when he gets too big. Make sure he has water EVERYDAY because the sponge doesn’t hold much. Don’t get 2 in one cage. They might fight. Good luck and enjoy!
