The City does install Children at Play signs however they are not regulatory signs which CANNOT be enforced. Other measures can be taken such as checking Speed Limit signs for proper location, or in some cases a study is conducted to determine if there is in fact a speeding problem. If a problem is found, the police department is notified and requested to enforce the speed limit at the location and the City’s Engineer will determine if any additional traffic control devices are needed.
