Chicken soup spill in car, now an odor, what to use?

I got oriental chicken soup from a deli along with some sandwiches a few weeks ago. The idiot who packed the bag for me didn’t put the cover on the soup all the way. So, of course, on the way home from the place, I turned a corner and the bag tipped over. The lid popped off the this very, very strong smelly Korean soup poured itself all over my cloth car seats and went down the seat and in-between the back rest of the seat and saturated itself into the carpeting. I have no stains, thank goodness, but this horrible strong smell lingers in the car. I’ve used: 1. Resolve carpet cleaner, three times 2. McGuires car interior deodorizing clearer, four times 3. Simple Green cleaner, diluted, twice 4. Dawn Dish detergent, with warm soapy water (recommended by the dealer) and a sponge, really rubbed it in and then did a warm clear water rinse. Nothing has worked. I would say that the Dawn seemed to cut the odor a bit. I left the car sitting with the window wide open and the sunroof open in the
