Could a paracetamol overdose cause numb fingers and toes?

Paracetamol is the same things as Acetaminophen like Tylenol. It’s called Paracetamol in the UK where that’s the common name for it there where the common name for it in the USA is Acetaminophen. I don’t believe an over dose or I month after would cause toes and finger to be numb. Usually an overdose could lead to damage of the liver depending on how quick your friend got help. In any case I would definitely call the doctor and let them know whats going on and not ignore the situation. It’s always better to be on the safe side as far as your heath is concerned.
