Could anyone please clarify how to obtain a “kimberley process certificate” for diamonds?
We are trying to put a deal together, have contact sources in Africa but have run into a bit of confusion on how to obtain a kimberley certificate or the cost. I have been researching online (state dept, etc) without much concrete results. We had intended to export said diamonds via another african country to Amsterdam.
