Could you start us off with a brief overview and profile on ReQuest Seismic Surveys?
Mr. Chuckry: I can start with a little background history on the company itself ‘ it was founded in 1989 by myself and one other partner. The purpose of the company was to provide seismic information to the oil and gas sector at costs less than what it would cost to do it themselves. Instead of them going out to physically acquire the information and paying one dollar to shoot one kilometer or one mile of seismic, we would propose large, regional seismic projects to allow the E&D customer to take that same dollar and get four to five kilometers. In essence, we are helping the E&D companies lower its finding and developing costs so it can look at larger geographic areas to enhance its production and drilling success. As we started to move along, we began working toward brokering data as well. We operated as a facilitator of transactions between oil companies which, when it came to seismic information, were outsourcing their seismic information to be managed by companies like ourselves.
