Payment of HDA normally continues to be paid to members on recreation leave, long service leave, PACMAN Clauses 8.1.21 and 8.2.8 refers. HDA continues to be payable, if immediately before commencing the period of leave, CDF or an authorised officer certifies that for a prescribed period you could reasonably have been expected to have continued to perform the duties for the payment of HAD.
