Although MacOS X DP4 shipped with support for the Apple Airport card, Darwin does not. The DP4 kernel has a driver for staticly linked into the main kernel. Apparently the driver contains encumbered code. Hopefully the driver will be seperated from the main kernel, so that even if Apple can’t release the code, they will be apple to distribute a binary module that will work with Darwin’s kernel. gerbal@rpi.
