Developing multi-skill capabilities? Who and to what extent?
A. Multi-skilled employees provide far more versatility to the utility and it is the intent for DU to encourage employees to become qualified in compatible skills with their primary job. An example would be a pipefitter that also possessed certification as a wastewater collection operator and a water distribution operator. The important consideration is that the goal is to develop a more versatile workforce.Q.
