Try drinking tons of water everyday. You should be getting at least .5 oz per lb of body weight! Dehydration can cause low amniotic fluid. 36 weeks is so early to deliver unless there is no other choice. I’d recommend trying the water first. I had low amniotic fluid w/ my son, but brought it up to normal after making sure to drink 12 cups (8oz cups) daily. I didn’t enjoy it, but it was better than exposing the baby to the risks of prematurity.
