Do all graduate programs offer both Masters and Doctoral degrees?
No. In the past, the Master’s degree was viewed as a necessary stepping stone to the Doctoral degree. Students were often encouraged to complete a Master’s at one institution and a Doctoral degree at another. These days, a few institutions still may offer both degrees. More frequently, however, you will find that programs offering only one or the other.
