Do antique cameras have collectors value?
As a rule, no. People collect many things, but not cameras it seems. You can check a book called ‘McKeown’s Price Guide to Antique & Classic Cameras,’ and find out what your camera may be worth, but don’t get your hopes up. You can also do a search on ebay, and see if any are being sold. Few antique cameras have any value. The value of older cameras may sky rocket some day when they become collectible items, so never throw away an antique camera. The camera you tossed in the trash may be worth thousands someday.
