Not really “hate” but kind of a serious political (currently political) conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the status of self-declared Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) which is established in the region populated by ethnic Armenians, which was part of Soviet Armenia but later became part of Soviet Azerbaijan in 1921 by decision of Stalin.
