COMPASS Platinum, COMPASS Gold and COMPASS Silver offer same benefits if you go to doctors in or out of the network (PPO). However, we encourage our members to use the PPO in order to easily find doctors and save money out-of-your-pocket. The PPO for the COMPASS plans is Beech Street, T.
