The majority of the SLIP positions are in Washington, DC. The Antitrust Division and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) hire summer interns for positions in other parts of the country. The Antitrust Division hires SLIs for its seven regional field offices and Washington, DC. Applicants to the Antitrust Division are asked to rank geographical preferences on the application. EOIR hires SLIs for the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Office and the Board of Immigration Appeals located in Falls Church, VA (near Washington). EOIR also hires SLIs for positions in Immigration Courts located nationwide.
