HP has adopted a code of business conduct and ethics for directors, officers (including HP’s principal executive officer, principal financial officer and controller) and employees, known as the Standards of Business Conduct. All directors and officers are required to abide by it. Any waivers of the Standards of Business Conduct for directors and executive officers are posted on this website.
