Do dissatisfied first time clients have to pay?
– Yes. My employees work very hard and I am obligated to pay them for their back breaking labor. It is both a legal and ethical matter. If a client does not pay, I still am required by law (and ethics) to pay my employee (s). If a client chooses not to pay, it means that I have purchased a cleaning on behalf of the client. This company won’t absorb such a financial loss. Payment by check or cash is due prior to the cleaning technicians leaving the residence. Call within 24 hours if there is a problem and we will resolve it as best we can.
