A foreigner intending to pursue a business activity in the Czech Republic is authorized to pursue such activity only upon a duly issued trade license. In order to get it a foreigner (being a natural person residing or a legal entity domiciled outside of the Czech Republic) needs to approach the trade license office having local competence and notify of a trade or apply for the issuance of a license.
