Do I get the free HP printer through my authorized HP Designjet VIP reseller?
No. Your authorized HP Designjet VIP reseller cannot give you one of the free HP printers. You are required to complete a claim form and submit it with proper documentation. Once your claim form is validated, the free HP printer will be sent from the promotion support center. NOTE: The free printer will only be shipped to the customer address.
