Do i have brain tumour symptoms or am i just being a hypochondriac?
You do not exhibit the symptoms of a brain tumor. Instead, you could have a sinus infection or blockage, an upper respiratory infection, blocked ears (either with ear wax or water). The dizziness when you bend over is commonly referred to as a “brain rush” and could be due to an ear infection, nose / sinus infection or head congestion. It could also be due to not drinking enough water and moving too fast. The only way to be sure is to visit your family doctor and be honest and tell them what is going on. They will probably run a few tests (simple and painless) to help you get the relief you need. Good luck.
