All permanent employees of a PEPP participating employer must enrol in PEPP. If you are a non-permanent employee, you may choose to join the Plan at any time. If you decide to join PEPP at a later date, your membership will not be retroactive. Some participating employers may require you to join the Plan as a condition of employment, whether you are permanent or non-permanent.
