Yes you do need to Jailbreak your ipod touch again if you update it to 4.0 here is the link to download http://www.redmondpie.com/redsn0w-0.9.5-jailbreak-iphone-os-4.0-9140657/ IF YOU HAVE AN MC MODEL IPOD TOUCH, you can find that out in Settings – General – About Do not update to 4.0 redsn0w is currently unavailable for the MC model and if you try to do it anyways it Will brick your ipod.
