Do I need a Delegation of Authority to place orders against the Millennia Lite GWAC?
Yes. GSA’s GWAC program offices grant and administer Delegations of Authority for the GWAC vehicles administered by their offices. The process is easy: 1. Take training provided by the GWAC program office. This usually consists of general GWAC training available at fsstraining.gsa.gov and contract-specific training, which can be delivered by GWAC program office personnel by teleconference or in person. You may also take training delivered at your site by the GSA GWAC program office. Please contact the GSA GWAC program office to set the date and location. 2. Sign the Memorandum of Understanding between GSA and your contracting activity. The MOU outlines the responsibilities of both GSA and the ordering activity. 3. Provide copies of warrants and for all Contracting Officers desiring delegations under the Millennia Lite contract. 4. If the web-based GWAC training was completed, include a copy of the Certificate of Completion for that training along with the Contracting Officer warrants.
