You do not need to be a programmer to run the package. If you plan to customize the look and feel, some ASP or ASP.NET experience would be helpful. Installation requires basic technical knowledge such as how to FTP files and execute scripts against a SQL Server database. Installation services are available (see the purchase page for pricing).
