Do I need special equipment to use Exquina™ in my retail facilities?
For preparing smoothies, frozen coffees, or other blended drinks, we recommend using a pump bottle or squeeze bottle for fast and easy, mess-free dispensing. All an operator has to do is to dispense a small volume of the hydrated Exquina™ gel into a blender along with the other product ingredients during drink preparation. The appropriate amount of Exquina™ gel varies depending on the serving size and content of the drink. We can help you determine the optimal dispensing volume for your specific needs.
