Yes, FieldManager software is necessary to host a contract which can then be sent to FieldBook software users. The FieldBook application is only for the creation of Inspector’s Daily Reports and Daily Diaries, and cannot stand alone because it lacks the ability to create contract modifications or estimates, or to manage materials.
