No. You can. It won’t hurt. But it’s not necessary. WORDsearch 8 can be installed as a stand-alone program. But, if you had WORDsearch 7 or Bible Explorer installed when you install WORDsearch 8, do not uninstall WORDsearch 7 or Bible Explorer after installing WORDsearch 8. WORDsearch 8 will merge with your existing WORDsearch 7 or Bible Explorer program library and with other critical files. So. uninstalling WORDsearch 7 or Bible Explorer will remove these important files used by the WORDsearch 8 program and prevent you from starting WORDsearch 8.
