From XAware.org, you can download an all-in-one package for Windows or Linux containing everything you need to run XAware including: Eclipse 3.2 , WTP toolset, and the 1.4 JRE. Designer runs as a plug-in within Eclipse. If you have Eclipse IDE version 3.2 or later installed on your system you can use the Eclipse Update Manger functionality to add the XAware plug-in + dependencies or simply download the XAware plug-in from XAware.org.
