The Z800 3DVisor can be fully powered simply by using your PC’s USB port. Therefore, no external power source is necessary. This is the only recommended method. The Z800 3DVisor Controller does have an input for an optional AC Adapter. USB is still required for head tracker functionality as the head tracker communicates with the PC through the USB port.
