Under normal circumstance, the power transmits from PC/Notebook via USB port should be enough to let the ZyWALL P1 function properly. However, if you see all LEDs on the ZyWALL P1 are blinking; this is an indication that the power from USB isnt enough for the ZyWALL P1. You may need to use the power adapter to provide additional power to the ZyWALL P1. This could happen when the USB controller on your PC/Notebook does not follow standard USB spec.
