Do international orders and orders from Canada, Alaska, Mexico, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam get FREE SHIPPING?
The FREE SHIPPING offer (when it is available and you qualify for it) is valid only for GROUND SHIPMENTS to the contiguous 48 states. It does NOT apply to foreign orders or orders to be shipped to Canada, Alaska, Mexico, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam; however, it will include shipping to a port of exit from the USA and the customer needs to pay for the rest of the shipment. Normally, international shipping freight charges are too steep for us to absorb. (Sometimes shipping it into Canada will cost the same as a port of entry. In that case, it will be shipped for no additional cost (except for broker, GST and provincial taxes)). We try our best to shop and negotiate international freight rates for our foreign orders and orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Guam.
