Do military helicopters have ejector seats?

Yes, there are some military helicopters that blow the rotor blades off a fraction before the ejector seat fires. I can think of at least one Russian machine that has this facility. Friend of mine was a development pilot for a certain helicopter now in military service which went out of control and the entire crew dived out of the nearest window/door/ hatch very rapidly indeed, all successfully. Only because they were wearing parachutes for the trials. Normally helicopter crews don’t wear ‘chutes as the chance of a successful escape is slim, to put it mildly.
