Most new auto license plates now come with a UPC code stamped on its face. the UPC code identifies your automobile and description, owner, warrants outstanding and if its stolen. the UPC code will be scanned from inside a police vehicle, with the aid of a lasar scanning device. this information will instantly appear on the officers onboard computer screen. You just can’t beat the advantages of the computer for law enforcement.
