Do signals from outer planets affect our behaviour on earth?

Good question. Due that gravitational influences (tidal forces) are theorized to affect behaviour the most, signals from outer planets would be on a quite, smaller scale. If there has to be a binary answer, I would say no.

If you put a radio transmitter next to your head you would expect it to affect your health. Any Radio Frequency emanations from the planets would reduce rapidly in strength as the distance from them increases to such a point that to pick them up on earth one needs to have a quite sensitive receiving system, you’ve seen pictures of radio telescopes, I guess. The signal level is in layman’s terms a small fraction of 1% of bugger all. The planets will therefore have a negligible effect on us.
