Do State Constitutional Amendments Banning Same-Sex Marriage Void Legal Documents?

In Ohio, one of the 11 states that passed constitutional amendments stating that marriage was only between a man and a woman, I believe the amendment also included prohibiting domestic partner benefits. I am sure there are companies that currently provide domestic partner benefits in Ohio. Does the new law require that those companies stop providing the benefits? I live in Minnesota and many companies here provide domestic partner benefits. My state at this point is not affected by such laws. My partner and I have living wills, medical power of attorney for each other and a very specific will that conveys various material items to each other.
