Do TSI Dealers get exclusive territories?
Territories are not exclusive however the full intent of TSI not to overlap dealer coverage areas as long as the Dealer is maintaining a sales level that is deemed acceptable for the area being covered. In the event a Dealer should not be meeting his own and our desired volume levels, TSI will help the Dealer to determine the cause for low production and will work with the Dealer try to get them back on track. If for some reason this is not successful then TSI will notify the Dealer of the need to place an additional Dealer in the same geography. TSI will only cancel our agreement with a Dealer if the Dealer has done something in direct violation of the contract or for actions that would be considered illegal. It is our goal that all of our Dealers are very successful and that our relationship with them is a long standing partnership.
