Do Viking cues have any kind of warranty? If so, what is covered?
Viking cues are warranted to be warp free, as well as, material and manufacturing defects for the life of the cue. The warranty covers all components of Viking cues, but excludes normal wear on replaceable parts such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, and bumper. The warranty is void if your Viking cue has after-market products or if it has been subjected to mishandling, misuse, abuse, or repair by an entity other than Viking Cue Mfg., Inc. The warranty applies to Viking cues belonging to the original owner, and it is non-transferable. Viking Cue Mfg., Inc. resolves all warranty claims at its discretion.
