It’s almost impossible for a foreign recruiter to bring in workers from outside the country with almost 3 million people currently unemployed in the UK. The only way a company can sponsor a foreign worker for a Tier 2 visa is if they can prove to the Home Office that they advertised the position for 6 weeks and NOT ONE EU citizen appllied for the job before they could get a Certificate of Sponsorship from the Home Office.
