Do you believe that the newer, stricter modding is better?
Well I can’t answer that because there hasn’t been a change in the modding procedures. I mod the same way I have for the last 3 years. So has everyone else. Nothing has changed in terms of how we are to mod things. The only difference was that we got 22 very eager mods to live in the queue while the old folks sit back and take a breather. Before the new mods came in there were around 18,000 marked posts acted on during a week. When the new mods came into the mix, that number has been steadily at 38,000 a week or more. Now if math is your strong suit you would see that before new mods almost 20,000 marks a week weren’t getting seen. But now they are. So that makes it look as if things got stricter or harsher. But it hasn’t, it means every marked post is now being seen and acted on which in the past it wasn’t, giving this false sense of leniency.
