When you connect to the internet through different internet providers your IP address will be different. The DHCP server (most likely some kind of router) at each different location will assign you an internal IP address for the local network. Your external IP address will be whatever address the internet provider has assigned to your network where it contacts the internet. It does not matter if you are wireless or wired.
