Do you need to be reasonably fit to start a Training Programme?
No. We will ask you to fill out our brief medical questionnaire to asses your general medical condition and if needed we may ask you to consult your GP before starting. At your first session we will do a series of health and fitness tests designed to determine your starting fitness levels so we can start your training at the right intensity for you. Your programme will be designed exclusively for you; we DO NOT use a ‘one size fits all’ standard programme. We will help you to meet the goals you set at the pace that is right for you.
