Does 2100 square footage include the granny unit or is it the main house?

Hello, It looks to me like it does include the granny unit, although neither the MLS listing or the tax records specify. The granny unit is about 840 square feet, which would mean the main house would be 1260 square feet. It looks like it could be a little bigger, but the photos make it hard to tell because the house is incomplete. But the wording leads me to believe it is included. One thing to be aware of is that lenders typically won’t make a loan on a house that doesn’t have an operational kitchen and at least one operational bathroom. You may already be aware of this, but just in case I thought it would be worth mentioning. If you would like more information about this property, please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to answer any of your questions. Thanks and have a great day!
