At any point during the Buyback Term, you can send us your device in at least Good Condition and receive the Buyback Amount. How will I get paid for my device when I send it in? Once we receive and test your device, we will mail you your buyback amount. Depending on where you purchased your Guaranteed Buyback® plan, your buyback amount will be in the form of either a check or a gift card. Do I get a bonus if I take very good care of my device? Yes!
