From my personal experience the answer is “yes” B group vitamins help with premenstral tension and stresses to ease the severity. Check blood sugar levels for highs or lows and alter food intake or exercise. Walking will help with the highs and make you feel good. Will also help with sleep if walking after dinner or before. Cut down the caffine and sugars even though your body craves these things, they only aggrevate matters. Go to your local library and grab a book called “The Hormone Conspiracy” or some other publication explaining how hormones work the cycle so you can best deal with it. Don’t know about the rest of Type 1 diabetics but my blood sugar levels are sensitive to any hormonal fluctuations, including any stress / anxiety related issues which throw the balance out the window. I was never exactly on time with cycles and the week before I became almost homocidal. God help those living within close proximity.
