As a general rule, ADB does not publicize the names of firms and individuals that have been debarred. Acknowledging that there is some deterrent effect to publicizing its debarment list, ADB has concluded that doing so would limit OAI’s ability to fairly and consistently implement its responsibilities under the Anticorruption Policy.
