Nope, sorry. The broken capillary is too far under the skin for the aloe to penetrate, as it isn’t absorbed further than the 1st layer of skin. There are many who swear by various herbs and teas, but while they may be good at relieving varicose veins, they cannot target one area specifically or a burst capillary. My advice to you is this- moisturise well, always use a sun block and stay out of the sun. Sun damage can make broken capillaries much worse. A good concealer like Urban Decay 24/7 or Revlon Colorstay can work wonders. Laser surgery is the only real option to eradicate them if they are facial capillaries.
