To sum up the original posting in a nut shell; it basically stated that unless you’re unemployment benefits are just about to expire and you have no other options, then maybe should consider it. Otherwise, stay as far away as possible because… -You will be a Security Guard -You’ll become another casualty of the vindictive management -Horrible scheduling -0% Work/Home Life Balance -You will spend entire shifts directing traffic and checking IDs while you’re posted in a tiny guard shack that has no climate control (heat or a/c) -You will receive minimal training -The training you do receive is not worth the paper you have to sign stating that you received it -Morale is lower in this organization than anywhere you’ll ever experience The benefits are great and the pay is ok.
