FRIED APPLE PIES Peel and cut up 2 medium apples into small pieces. Add and heat until soft: 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Dash of salt Heat oil to 350 degrees for frying. Roll out canned biscuits and put filing in middle, fold over, crimp edges and fry in hot oil until light brown, about 3 minutes on each side. These may be baked at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
